Financial Education’s Activity At SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta

In the event of Financial Inclusion Month, on Thursday October 18^th 2018, PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk (“IBFN”) conducted a seminar to the students of SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta, with a theme “Procedures of Credit Facility Granting in Multifinance Company”, in line with decree of President of Republic Indonesia no 82 issued in 2016 about Financial Inclusive National Strategy, which was issued by the Government in order to broaden community access towards financial services.

This activity was opened by IBFN Director, Mr Alexander Reyza, whom in the opening speech expressed his expectation that after this sharing session the students will get some information about financial terms and practices available in the scope of Multifinance Company. IBFN participated in providing study materials of “Introduction to Non-Bank Financial Industry” to 40 students of 12^th grade. This session was delivered by Mrs Yunita R. Riyadi (Compliance Head of IBFN) to the students majoring in Accounting and Office Administration. In this opportunity, she addressed that the intention of this activity is for the students and teachers to understand various types of financial industry apart from Bank, as well as obtaining information about financing types and financing mechanism available in IBFN.
